Pretzel Cookie Dough Bites

Pretzel Cookie Dough Bites

Pretzels stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough and dipped in chocolate, then covered in colourful sprinkles for extra fun!

Ingredients
  • Pretzels
  • 100g chocolate (we used dark)
  • 3-4 cookie dough balls – straight out of the freezer (we used the celebration cookie dough)
  • Sprinkles
Instructions

Line a tray with baking paper ready for your finished pretzel bits

Melt the chocolate in the microwave of double boiler ready to dip your pretzels

And pour a couple of tablespoons of sprinkles in a bowl

Slice the still frozen cookie dough balls vertically so you have “slices” of cookie dough. You should get 4-5 thick slices form each ball

Place a slice of cookie dough on a pretzel (if you turn if the right way round it should match the size and shape to your pretzel) and push gently to “stick”

Then place a second pretzel on your board and put the first piece (cookie dough down) on top of the pretzel – and push to stick the 3 bits together (do not be too forcefully or your pretzel will break)  (Not that it really matters - they still taste the same - but they're kinda cool to look at when you dont break the pretzels!)

Dip half the pretzel in the chocolate and then either dip your chocolate in the sprinkles or lay them on your tray and sprinkle them over.

Place the completed the tray in the fridge (or freezer if you’re in a hurry) to let the chocolate set.

EAT

If there are any left, store these in a container in the fridge.
